Josh moved to Louisville in 1986 after spending his first 14 years traveling the world as the son of a Naval aviator. He is married to Melissa, and they have three daughters, Morgan, Olivia, and Emary. Josh enjoys sitting on the beach, skiing down mountains, watching his kids’ sporting events, hanging out with friends and family, and watching any level of soccer with a beer in hand. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University, Southeast.

He started at CIS in 2024 after 16 years in the staffing industry and is eager to make an impact.
